The Zoya Factor actress has often spoken about the importance of self-love and being confident in every aspect of life. And after experiencing a difficult few weeks with incessant trolling on social media, the actress has now come forward to address the issue of anxiety and mental illness.
In today’s digital world, when everything is about that one social media post, many people feel a constant pressure to be a certain way. Spreading the message of self-love, the actress shared tips to fight anxiety. She wrote, “This is all easier said than done, but change does require effort. Love thyself!”
Adding further, the actress shared an Australian Illustrator, Mark Conlan’s post on how beauty comes in all different shapes and sizes and one should always remember they’re beautiful. “Stunning illustrations with an important message,” she wrote.
Doing her bit for the country amidst the coronavirus pandemic, the humanitarian recently joined an initiative to raise funds to provide N95 masks for Mumbai Police personnel.
