Shraddha is taking it easy – Shraddha has been rather selective with her work
Shraddha Kapoor has been taking it easy lately. The actress does not have any film signed up apart from the Luv Ranjan project with Ranbir Kapoor, which is not slated to start anytime soon.
Shraddha has been in prolific form otherwise, with two biggies last year in Bollywood in the form of the dubbed Saaho as well as Chhichhore with the late Sushant Singh Rajput both of which went on to do well at the box office.
Shraddha has been rather selective with her work and that is one reason she finds herself in this predicament where she does not have a new project in hand that can go on the floors soon.
“Ranbir Kapoor will need to wrap Brahmastra, work on the promotions for Shamshera and then come to this film. He is also thinking of doing Sandeep Vanga’s offering called Devil. So, in the given scenario, the Luv Ranjan project is not something that she can go for.
Hence she is now also looking at new scripts that can go on the floors at the soonest once the lockdown is lifted so that she can be part of an interesting project that is also worth her while. It is a good predicament to be in because one can choose with a clear mind,” says our industry source.
