Shah Rukh Khan to Sonali Bendre: Celebs attend Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s father Krishnaraj Rai’s funeral – Aishwarya’s father passed away on Saturday…

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s father Kirshnaraj Rai breathed his last on Saturday. He was admitted to the Lilavati Hospital about 3 weeks ago where he was later shifted to the ICU. His condition was critical since the past few days and apparently his health kept on deteriorating with every passing day. Reportedly, he was battling cancer.

The funeral of the actress’s father took place around 8:30 pm at Vile Parle Seva Sansthan Shamshan Bhoomi. Aishwarya’s father-in-law Amitabh Bachchan, mother-in-law Jaya Bachchan and husband Abhishek Bachchan were close by her and offered their prayers.

A number of B-Town celebs including Shah Rukh Khan, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Sonali Bendre Behl, Neeta Lulla, Mickey Contractor, Randhir KApoor, Goldie Behl, Tina Ambani, Simi Garewal, Kunal Kapoor, among others had dropped in to pay their last respect.
